Sign on at Foy Centre in Carlingford , starting and finishing in the village centre , to be crowned the Cooley King !!!
The Categories with a mass start as usual (Elite Male, Female, Experts, Masters, Vets, Classic Vets, Sport Male & Females). One big loop approx. 52k Lap and a shorter sport/fun !! 21k course. (1st 2nd 3rd Male, Female, Junior)
Sign on will open on Friday 9th at the Foy Centre, 7pm until 8pm. Saturday 10th 8am until 9.15am SHARPISH.
Start 10am (VERY SHARP) village centre.
Keep an eye on those empty gel packets and empty drinks bottles, please.
Leave only satisfied and tyre marks !!! LEAVE NO TRACE
